Our partner factories use natural and renewable resources, such as sustainably sourced wood and recycled synthetics.  

All the materials we use during production are low in VOC’s – meaning they are produced in an environmentally friendly way and release fewer ozone-harming chemicals

Our Seamless Process

  • Design

    It all starts with a review of your designs and a discussion about your requirements and specifications.

  • Quotation

    Next, we select the right factories, discuss all the design details and provide a quotation and schedule for your review.

  • CAD & Materials

    Once the quotation is approved, we get started on producing CAD drawings and material samples for your review and selection.

  • Samples

    Everything approved! We begin sample production. These can be shipped for your inspection, or reviewed with detailed videos and photos. You’re also welcome to visit the factories to see these in-person.

  • Production

    Next, it’s production time! During this our local team make frequent visits to check on your order progress.  And, of-course handle the quality checks before shipping.

  • Logistics

    When it’s all ready, we consolidate all your orders and arrange the delivery. From packing to shipping and customs clearance, it’s all done for you – with love x

  • We offer factory prices.

    How? We don’t advertise or spend vast amounts on marketing. We don't develop our own collections. We don't have showrooms or large sales teams. We focus on what we do best and keep our costs low, so we can offer you the best quality at affordable prices.  Drop us a line to get a quotation.

  • No, we custom-make your designs.

    By skipping the development of our own collections and all the associated costs, we keep our costs low, enabling us to offer you the best prices. 

    However, if you’re looking for inspiration or need help with developing your designs, drop us a line – we're masters at helping with this and have plenty of photos to we can share to get your creative juices flowing.

  • Yes, of course. 

    Providing both material samples and fully complete product samples is an important part of the Snap.ly process. 

  • We are a branch of Snapdragon Interiors HK Limited, a Hong Kong Registered Limited Company. 

    Our staff work from offices in Hong Kong, Shenzhen and UK.

  • Yes, you are welcome to visit our factories to check your samples before production or your completed goods before shipping.  

    Our factories are all in China, in Guangzhou, Foshan, Dongguan, Shenzhen and Zhongshan.

  • Typically, our production time is between 20-25 days, and shipping takes around 2-3 weeks. 

    Generally, from the time of your order to receiving your goods the process takes around 2-3 months, including time for design and sampling.

  • We don’t have a minimum order quantity or minimum order value. However, to get the best factory prices your order will need to have some volume.

  • We ship worldwide and help with everything from getting shipping quotations, consolidating containers, and arranging the documents for customs clearance in your country.

    We can handle the entire process for your or work with your preferred shipping company.

    The cost of shipping is not included in our prices.

  • Yes! We care about the environment and only work with factories that use natural and renewable materials like wood or recycled synthetic materials.

    We only use materials that are low VOC, and all our wood is FSC certified.

    If you have any specific concern or standard you must adhere to, please let us know.

  • We don’t generally manage the installation on-site.

    However, for complex items that need professional assembly, such as large chandeliers, we can arrange this.
